Aim of this

Help racers with starts and improve their performance on the race course on a committee boat start. This includes providing a few rules for the course and guidance on what to consider during racing.

It's all about the start

• Which area of the line are you going to start at - and why?
• Are you on the line or over, or too far back (how to get yourself into the best position?) What to consider, look at the different scenarios?
• Rules (some)
• We are hoping to video the starts to help racers see their positioning.
• Finishing with a full race if we have time

Cats only for this one please and you must have your own boat or partner up with someone who does.
