Welcome to Worthing Sailing Club

  • A place for sailing as a sport, training and community. Founded in 1957 with a new club house opened in 2014 situated on the beach at Goring, just west of Worthing town centre.
  • We welcome members of all abilities.
  • Membership includes organised racing Sundays and bank holidays March to November.
  • RYA training is free to members 8+ May to September.
  • The club has catering and bar facilities and an active social calendar.
  • There is a sizable boat compound for sailing dinghies.

Halloween Party Night 2025

On Saturday evening, the Bugs End-of-Season Halloween Party for 60 people transformed the clubhouse into a bubbling cauldron of laughter, dancing, doughnuts, loo roll and fierce competition. Adult Training Season races to a close

27th September was the last day of this year's training season and the adult group had a most fantastic last session of 2025.
