FRIDAY FIASCO DRONES, CURRY & START-LINE DRAMA!

The training season has almost come to an end

BUT the sailing buzz definitely hasn't!

Racing is still very much ON every Sunday - so check out the racing on the website, get involved and come and have a go!

Just look at Simon Collyer, who is taking his sailing to the next level!

And our next Friday Fiasco on 2 October will bring plenty of racing, footage, food, fun and sailing take-aways - with perhaps a few things that will make you look at the start line differently next season!

DRONES, DATA & DRAMA ON THE START LINE

Come down for a relaxed evening with Andy Beales - Master of the Drones - and Barry Peters, providing the decibels

We'll take a look at how drones work, how they can give us a different perspective on racing, and have a sneak peek at a cool new race-tracking and review app.

And then we'll get into some actual racing footage from the recent Dart 18 Open looking at starts, tactics, positioning and, of course, those moments when you think:

"Why on earth did they do THAT?"

Plenty to learn, whether you're racing regularly or just want to understand a little more about what is happening out on the water.

Nothing too formal just footage, sharing, Q&A, good food, a cold drink and plenty of room for discussion about what went right and what went horribly wrong!

Grace will be serving up some seriously great food and at just £6 per option, you can even book more than one option if you fancy trying them all!

Food bookings MUST be made online and will close on September 30th so don't leave it until the last minute!

So, training may be nearly over for the year, but Friday Fiasco certainly isn't!
