Worthing Wet Week!
Legend has it that many years ago in the olden days Worthing sailing club held an event called the Worthing Wet, this consisted of 9 full days of racing and was a massive part of the clubs Calendar. SOOOOO we're bringing back! (Just on a slightly smaller scale!)
Introduced by Jerry the club will hold a series of racing for 3 evenings 18th, 19th, 20th June; race start times 19:00. Everybody is welcome to come and join in the fun! The only requirement is to be able to sail a triangular course.
Josh and his helpers will be on hand to deliver support to novices out on the water, coaching you across the line and around the course! There will be a separate start from the rest of the main fleet of experienced racers and you do not have to take part in every race! So please novices use this as an opportunity to get out racing in a fun and friendly event!

Club boats will be available to hire at a cost of £5 per use, payable over the bar!
Everyone else no need to book just turn up like a normal racing event and sign in on the day.
