Welcome to Worthing Sailing Club

A place for sailing as a sport, training and community. Founded in 1957 with a new club house opened in 2014 situated on the beach at Goring, just west of Worthing town centre.
We welcome members of all abilities.
Membership includes organised racing Sundays and bank holidays March to November.
RYA training is free to members 8+ May to September.
The club has catering and bar facilities and an active social calendar.
There is a sizable boat compound for sailing dinghies.

Halloween Party Night 2025

On Saturday evening, the Bugs End-of-Season Halloween Party for 60 people transformed the clubhouse into a bubbling cauldron of laughter, dancing, doughnuts, loo roll and fierce competition. Adult Training Season races to a close

27th September was the last day of this year's training season and the adult group had a most fantastic last session of 2025. We had the wonderful Barry & Debz as guest race officers with a proper briefing and then on the water to race.
