Welcome to Worthing Sailing Club

  • A place for sailing as a sport, training and community. Founded in 1957 with a new club house opened in 2014 situated on the beach at Goring, just west of Worthing town centre.
  • We welcome members of all abilities.
  • Membership includes organised racing Sundays and bank holidays March to November.
  • RYA training is free to members 8+ May to September.
  • The club has catering and bar facilities and an active social calendar.
  • There is a sizable boat compound for sailing dinghies.

Successful Patrol Boat and Tractor Briefing Session

On March 29th, our members gathered for a highly successful briefing session on patrol boat operations and tractor usage. Last weekend (8th / 9th March 2025), ten enthusiastic young sailors from Worthing Sailing Club ventured to Cobnor Activity Centre for an invigorating training weekend hosted by Felpham Sailing Club.
