Get Ready for Spring: Join Us for the Big Boat Park Tidy-Up!
As we eagerly anticipate the start of the new season, there's one thing we need to take care of first - getting our beloved boat park in shipshape condition! And we need your help to make it happen.
Mark your calendars for this Saturday 2nd March between 11am-2pm, because we're rolling up our sleeves and diving into a collective effort to spruce up our boat park. It's going to be a fun-filled day of camaraderie and hard work as we mow the grass, trim back those overgrown bushes, and ensure everything is in perfect order for the season ahead.
We firmly believe that many hands make light work, so whether you're a seasoned sailor or new to the club, we welcome you with open arms. Together, we can accomplish great things!
Here's what you'll need to bring along if you have them:
- Gloves to protect your hands
- Shears and secateurs for trimming bushes
- Grass rakes to tidy up the area
Don't worry if you don't have all the gear - just bring yourself and your enthusiasm, and we'll make sure everyone is equipped and ready to tackle the tasks at hand.
To help us coordinate and ensure we have enough supplies for everyone, please take a moment to RSVP for the event here. Your RSVP will also give us an idea of how many volunteers we can expect on the day.
